20 Years After Drakengard2 A large tree grows reaching beyond the sky and branching out, this is were Nowe and Manah sacrificed themselves. To keep the dragons weapon the ‘New Breed’ out of vile hands in the future, and to seal away the false ‘gods’ for all eternity., And the ‘curse of the goddess’ on human women. The tree serves in place of a Goddess. The tree of Gods.
Eight Kingdoms, a seal protecting the Goddess Tree in Each, divided, but living in peace. The knights of the Seals also are rebuilding there stature and swear on protecting the divine tree.
Thoughts of Dragons still live in minds of humans but if any truly live or not, is unknown, in the minds of humans dragon sightings come and go, as to the myths and fears surrounding them. Its also thought that Dragons may have found away to hide or disguise themselves among humans….

Anmer Kaamos stumbled out of the local drinking hole to find himself in a rather unfortunate situation, a gold dragon was soaring above, roaring to the best of it's ability. "Oh my..." Kaamos looked up in a state of awe and panic, then looked down at his belt. "I'm going to need a bigger sword", He pushed the thought from his mind and ran out of the city gate, hoping to get a better look.

Gold craned her neck down, watching gleefuly as people milled about in panic, some of them walking into each other as they stared up at her. This was going better then she had planned! She flapped her wings mightily and begun to hover, roaring again as she flicked her tail back and forth; all for show, but it seemed her audience lapped it up. There would be many marks posted for this Gold Dragon, she'd bet on it.

Megildur’s eyes widened a moment then he bit his lip and growled….dragon, what ironic timing? Not to mention was a dragon…didn’t know he should be amazed, panicked, or ready to kill it. Though by the sounds of other people freaking out it wasn’t to hard to make up his mind, and with that he rushed into town swiftly. He was faster then any normal human, and rushed into the guard tower in the castle in now time reappeared armor and all and hefted up a large blade with ease. He didn’t see monster hunter around, but who is saying he couldn’t try?

Gold flicked her wings, seeing the Asura Captain coming out in full armour, and hefting a large blade. Time to take her leave. She liked her hide where it was, thank you very much. She flipped midair, and started to soar back to where she had flown from. She'd had enough fun, and as much as she'd like to fly some more, she didn't fancy the feel of a blade in her skin. Soon, she was back on the ground, and swiftly she reassumed her human guise and began to run back to the castle. She'd be properly out of breath by the time she got there, so no-odd questions. At least in theory. She blessed that long dead armourer for making her armour easy to run in. He had known she'd have to run fast from the bigger, meaner game...or that she;d have to run after herself.

Kaamos had just reached the area outside of the city gate when the gold dragon flew away. As he finally slowed down to a halt Kaamos collapsed to floor, panting like a beast. This armour was heavier than it looked, and seemd to hold heat very well. "d**n that dragon, well at least that's another disaster averted..."
